In addition to the support packages, there are also training courses and other extra services that you can take advantage of on a one-off or regular basis.
Trainings and onboarding
- 1x onboarding plus video recording (for max. 2 persons)
- 1x 45 min appointment e.g. for clarification of more complex requests
- 1h training for max. 10 persons
- Prearrangement of the training conten
- Including video recording
- Message with relevant training content and links to articles and videos for reference
- Preliminary arrangement of the training contents
- 1 day on-site training by personal Customer Success Manager
- 1.5 h follow-up in the form of a question and answer session via video chat

- 1 pdf with details of the set up billing
- 2 follow ups a 30 min to review exports

The services at a glance
Backup
You have accidentally deleted data (e.g. assignments or entire shifts) and would like to restore them? We can “travel back in time” 32 days in our backup server and export the data from the desired point in time. You decide whether you want to restore the data yourself or whether you want us to do it for you..

Tidy up holiday quotas

Public holidays

Deleted employees
You have deleted a staff member and now want to restore the data?
We can retrieve the employee for you. The employee is then stored again as an inactive employee in the account, including all data.

Separating employees from apps
You want to separate an employee from the apps so that you can deactivate him?
To do this, go to each location manually and change the time recording type or we can change the employee for you in all locations and deactivate them for you straight away.
